Founded by Jawahar “Joe” Dodani, the platform is built on more than 25 years of Arizona real estate experience, extensive land transaction knowledge, and a simple philosophy: Investors should understand the opportunity before they invest.

Arizona Land Investors was created to give investors a more informed and organized way to evaluate land and real estate opportunities. Our mission is to "Making Land Investment Easier to Understand" by helping investors identify, understand, and evaluate land and real estate opportunities that may align with their financial goals and preferred investment timeline.

Known by many investors as the “Land Guru,” Joe Dodani brings more than 25 years of Arizona real estate and land-investment experience.

Joe became an Arizona Associate Broker in 2002. During his career, he has worked with small individual investors, investment groups, property owners, builders, and developers on land transactions ranging from single-acre parcels to major land assemblies.

He has participated in hundreds of land acquisitions and sales and has helped organize more than 15 land group investments. Joe’s principal areas of experience include opportunity sourcing, property evaluation, negotiation, due-diligence coordination, investor education, and transaction management through closing. He has been affiliated with eXp Realty since 2019 and has earned the eXp ICON Agent Award each year since joining.

Earlier in his career, Joe was recognized among the top-performing RE/MAX agents worldwide and received the RE/MAX Chairman’s Club Award. His current focus is connecting investors with carefully selected Arizona land and commercial real estate opportunities while helping owners and developers reach qualified capital sources.
